Solstice Gathering

Wishing you all blessings of the season, whatever your faith, and whatever you celebrate.
This artwork is called Solstice Gathering. Here a small dragon is helpfully collecting holly and mistletoe for his mistress, to use as decorations for the forthcoming festivities.
I made this illustration as a Yule card for publishers Eastgate Resource. I hope you like it. As always I find small dragons a lovely subject to paint and the sentiment is based on my dog Obi and the many, many sticks he has proudly fetched me in the fourteen years I have had him. My thanks to model ^Elandria for the photo I used as reference when painting the figure.
