This powerful young witch has cast a spell to stop time and summon the Reaper! What will happen next?... you decide :)

I have painted this artwork for my 2010 calendar that is being put together now. The theme the publishers chose for the calendar is female fantasy characters (although there will be plenty of dragon in there also ;) ). This one is for October. I love Halloween and I couldn't resist doing something spooky especially for this month.

Thanks to *faestock One of her great photos gave me the idea for this picture. I did end up changing pretty much eveything about the pose, but it certainly kick started my brain - so thanks very much to Jessica for that :)
