This artwork was inspired by the name of the dragonfly insect. This little creature highly magical, it lives near water and loves to fly in the moonlight.

I love this so so so much. I had come across another artist who did a dragonfly like this, but I don't believe it had color. And I absolutely love the tons used with fantasy paintings... such as this purple. <3 I also love all your paintings of dragons... and thinking of a word where what if our smaller creatures resembled them more.. like some lizards and insects. Or even house pet sized ones. I love seeing different takes other than the strong beast who needs to be slayed.
